Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Arizona Branch Manager / Patient Service Technician to support and grow our Arizona operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small company environment, wears multiple hats, and is committed to excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
This position combines branch oversight, field service, and patient-facing responsibilities, working closely with our California-based leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Arizona branch operations and act as the primary point of contact
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service schedules
Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and DME standards
Communicate regularly with the CA headquarters regarding operations, inventory, and issues
Manage basic inventory control and warehouse organization, equipment repair, & RMAs.
Escalate operational or patient concerns to supervisors as needed
Patient Service Technician (PST) Duties
Deliver, set up, and retrieve DME equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, oxygen, CPAP, etc.)
Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety
Verify equipment is properly installed and functioning before leaving patient sites
Troubleshoot and report equipment or patient-related issues promptly
Provide professional, compassionate customer service in home and facility settings
Administrative & Coordination
Complete required documentation, delivery tickets, and reports accurately and timely
Follow schedules, policies, and procedures
Assist with after-hours, weekend, and emergency deliveries as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in DME, medical equipment delivery, home health, or healthcare services preferred but not mandatory.
Management or lead experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Comfortable with physical demands (lifting, loading, unloading equipment)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer and documentation skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Frequent driving and fieldwork
Lifting and moving medical equipment (up to 75 lbs with assistance as needed)
In-home patient visits and facility deliveries
Compensation & Benefits
$20/hour
Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Overtime pay
Weekend and after-hours work as needed
