Coalition Technologies is seeking an organized, people-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to support recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and HR-related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, hiring, candidate communication, scheduling, database management, and human resources support.
As a Recruiter, you will help draft and post job ads, review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews and skills tests, conduct Zoom interviews, maintain recruiting records, and support HR initiatives. You will also assist with employee development, training coordination, company events, exit interviews, and confidential HR documentation.
We are looking for talented and diligent candidates who perform well on our skills assessments. Strong skills test performance may be considered even if a candidate does not meet every preferred experience or educational background requirement.

HOW TO APPLY
Compensation
For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
