You are looking at a (high-quality Clark brand) (propane powered) (warehouse forklift) that runs very well, has hydraulic side-shift, and is ready to put to work immediately. This forklift spent its whole life in a California Government Facility and (was lightly used) with only 2029 original operating hours on the working meter! This forklift (is very desirable) because it is (not computer controlled), and a lot easier to work on than the ones that produce fault codes on the dash that can shut you down, and require a dealer service tech to fix! All (4) solid cushion tires are in very good shape with a lot of rubber left on them. This forkliftt starts and runs without any smoke, leaks, or any unusual noises. It has an automatic transmission that is easily controlled forward or reverse by a little shift lever on the left and right side of the steering column. It has a 3-stage mast that lifts the 48" long forks up to a height of a little over 14 feet. It has no leaks anywhere that I can see, and runs cool without any signs of overheating. A fresh oil and filter change was also just completed, along with a grease job. The operating and parking brakes work well. It has (2) front headlights and (2) rear running, stop, and back-up lights, that allow this lift to operate in the dark. It also has a working rear amber strobe light and back-up alarm for safety.
