Operate hand tools and small equipment (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hedge trimmers, etc.)
Load and unload materials such as soil, mulch, plants, and tools
Maintain existing landscapes by mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and watering
Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
Work as part of a crew to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment

Qualifications: Must have valid Driver license (higher pay for clean driving record)
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods
Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscaping techniques a plus
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform tasks such as digging, raking, and lifting heavy materials
