BullsEyeServiceAZ.com is currently seeking a Light Maintenance Tech to service commercial properties primarily in the Gilbert Area. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct property inspections to determine needed maintenance
* Police properties for debris/trash
* Maintain vacant spaces
* Inspect Rooftops for obvious deficiencies
* Coordinate maintenance services and repairs with contractors
* Assist with tenant needs
* Make minor repairs/improvements to properties
* Must have basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills/knowledge
* Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, and contractors effectively
* Help with pressure washing, window cleaning, and bulk haul offs as needed
* Must speak English
* Must have clean driving record for company truck
* Working hours are 7:00AM - 4:00PM; Monday - Friday
* On call for emergencies after hours/weekends
Compensation
* $25.00 - 30.00 per hour based on experience
* 40 hours per week guaranteed; OT available
