Bullseye Services is seeking a reliable Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily janitorial operations, support field staff, and ensure service quality at our customer locations.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Experience as a lead or supervisor in the janitorial field
Strong customer service skills
Flexible schedule, including evening and night shifts
Must pass MVR screening to drive company fleet vehicles
Pay & Benefits:
*Starting at $22/hour (Full-time ā 40 hrs./week)
*Gas allowance after 30 days
