Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Second Shift 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We currently have one position to fill for day shift and 2 positions for second shift.
The Role
You will be an integral part of our recycling process. Key responsibilities include:
Sorting: Accurately identifying and sorting batteries by chemistry/type.
Material Handling: Moving products and materials safely throughout the facility with standard warehouse equipment.
General Production: Assisting with various other tasks as may be assigned to keep our facility running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
Attitude: A strong work ethic and a desire to learn (no experience necessary).
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: You have consistent, dependable transportation to our Phoenix facility.
Communication: Basic English language and math skills are required.
Resilience: Ability to work in an industrial environment with noise, dust, and nuisance odors (appropriate personal protective equipment provided). Duties are performed inside a warehouse with bay doors typically open. The facility can be cool in the winter and can reach into the 90s during the summer (industrial swamp coolers are utilized).
