Assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, and bed groomingSupport the Crew Lead in completing assigned work efficiently and safelyUse landscape tools and equipment as trained (hand tools, blowers, trimmers, etc.)Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipmentHelp maintain clean, professional job sitesProtect customer property from damage caused by equipment or debrisIdentify and report hazards or site concerns to the Crew LeadFollow company rules, procedures, and instructions
Required Qualifications
No prior landscape experience required (training provided)Ability to follow directions and work as part of a teamStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailWillingness to learn proper equipment use and safety practicesAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors and crew membersDriver’s license not required for this position
Physical & Work Environment RequirementsThis is a physically demanding outdoor role. Candidates must be able to:
Stand, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop for extended periodsLift, push, and pull tools and materialsFrequently lift up to 50 pounds during the workdayWork outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
