We are a home clear-out and logistics company that helps customers empty homes, apartments, and offices. We pick up furniture and household items to consign, donate, recycle, and responsibly dispose of them.
Our crews prepare properties for sale, downsizing, relocation, and estate transitions while keeping usable furniture out of landfills.
We are hiring a Moving Lead who can run job sites, manage a crew, and safely operate a 26-ft box truck while representing the company professionally inside customers’ homes.
Role Overview
The Moving Lead is the on-site crew leader. You will drive the truck, direct a team (1-2 movers), communicate with customers, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. You are the primary representative of the company at each job site.
Responsibilities
Drive and operate a 26-ft box truck throughout the Phoenix Area
Lead and coordinate a moving crew on residential and commercial clear-outs
Load, unload, and transport furniture and household items
Protect property (floors, walls, elevators, hallways)
Provide professional customer interaction on-site
Use smartphone app to document jobs (photos and checklist updates)
Identify items for consignment, donation, or recycling (training provided)
Maintain truck organization and safety
Communicate job progress with dispatch/operations team
Follow proper lifting and safety procedures
Mandatory Requirements
Sunday availability required
Experience driving a 26-ft box truck
Valid AZ Driver’s License
Clean driving record
No criminal record (background check required)
Able to lift 75–150 lbs repeatedly (team lifting)
Prior moving, delivery, or logistics experience
Reliable transportation to and from warehouse
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Experience
Previous lead mover or foreman experience
Customer service experience
Furniture moving, staging, or installation
Comfortable using smartphone apps (photos, GPS, checklists)
Compensation
$20/hour contractor pay
Tips average $700–$1,000/month
3–4 shifts weekly
Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Consistent year-round work
Typical monthly income: ~$2,000–$3,200 depending on schedule and tips.
