Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects
Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members
Train and mentor crew members as needed
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
Roofing experience as lead or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of liquid membrane roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
Ability to read scopes of work
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification a plus
