PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a Full-Time professional Maintenance Technician at our Residences at Falcon Park property. As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will attend to any and all residential apartment needs in a timely and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform minor/major maintenance of apartments, buildings, door locks, gating, plumbing, caulking, pipes, etc. as needed.
• Conduct inspections of vacated and occupied apartments for maintenance and repairs needs.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and repair.
• Replace baseboard heaters, switches, thermostats, appliance parts (i.e. oven elements, water heater elements).
• Maintain good public relations with the community by conducting all property activities in a professional manner.

Applicant MUST have previous experience in maintenance/repair experience for a multi-unit property or professional organization. This position requires a valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
