One Stop Auto Body & Paint is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team.
We're a family-owned collision repair shop with a 5-star Google rating and nearly 500 reviews. We take pride in delivering exceptional repairs and red-carpet customer service. Unlike many shops, we are NOT a DRP shop—we work for our customers, not the insurance companies.

Responsibilities
-Lead daily morning production meetings
-Keep production flowing efficiently throughout the shop
-Flag technician hours and assist with payroll
-Monitor every department to ensure vehicles stay on schedule
-Manage repair files using CCC ONE
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
-Review repair files to protect profit margins
-Ensure all supplements are approved and collected before closing files
-Review final invoices and billing accuracy
-Assist with parts ordering and shop organization
-Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
-Build positive relationships with insurance adjusters
-Develop new business opportunities and referral relationships
-Work closely with the office team to keep repairs moving efficiently
-Maintain a positive, professional work environment
-Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
-Previous collision repair production management experience required
-Experience with CCC ONE
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
-Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Passion for the collision repair industry
