Property Inspector – Independent Contractor (Phoenix Metro)

Opulent Real Estate Group LLC is looking for a dependable Independent Contractor to complete property inspections throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Conduct move-in inspections
Conduct move-out inspections
Perform routine property inspections
Take photos and complete basic inspection reports
Pay:
$30 per inspection
Most inspections take 20–25 minutes
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle (required)
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone capable of downloading and using our inspection app
Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area
Dependable and detail-oriented
About the Work:
You will visit residential properties, document their condition with photos and notes using our inspection app, and submit the inspection report once completed.
