Sweeper Operator (Night Shift) – Part-Time $22/hour | Phoenix Area
Location: Central Phoenix (servicing properties throughout the Valley)
Schedule:
Full-Time: 4 nights per week, 10-hour shifts (overnight/3rd shift)
Part-Time: Schedule based on availability and business needs
We're looking for dependable and motivated Sweeper Operators to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in delivering quality results.
Responsibilities
Operate a street and parking lot sweeper at various locations throughout the Phoenix metro area, with a home base in Central Phoenix
Follow assigned routes and customer service schedules
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition
Work independently while maintaining communication with supervisors and team members
Ensure properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
Requirements
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Clean criminal background
Ability to work overnight shifts
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
