Position Overview:
ABC Scapes, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Tree Climber to join our team. Must have experience in Tree Climbing. We are looking for professionals who can safely and efficiently perform climbing, pruning, and removals in HOA and commercial environments.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands proper tree care, and wants consistent, year-round employment with a well-established company.
Ideal Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience professional tree climbing experience
Proficient with climbing systems (harness, ropes, spikes, rigging)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record- PLUS
Experience operating dump trucks and wood chippers
Ability to back trailers without camera assistance
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in Arizona conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred Qualifications (Sets You Apart):
Knowledge of ANSI A300 pruning standards
Experience with large tree removals and advanced rigging
HOA or commercial property experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Leadership ability or experience leading a crew
Key Responsibilities:
Safely climb, prune, and remove trees using proper techniques
Perform rigging and cutting operations with a strong focus on safety
Operate and maintain equipment including chippers and dump trucks
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
