We are in search of professionals and hard-working individuals, who are trained in this physically challenging but rewarding career field. A career in commercial exterior building maintenance requires the willingness to follow safety rules (without exception), continuously learn new skills and techniques, and maintain a strong work ethic. We provide ongoing safety and job training to workers.
Job Requirements
• Must hold a valid Arizona driver’s license and be insurable;
• Able to perform demanding, active work at heights, whether from ladder, lifts, scaffolding or other devices;
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold, often starting at 6 am;
• Possess good English speaking skills;
• Available for full-time or part-time work (minimum 15 hours/week);
• Overtime is available for good workers, and evening and weekend shifts are available as well.
