About the Role
We are hiring a Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on cleaning role for someone who has real cleaning experience, can move through a home efficiently, and understands that reliability matters just as much as the clean itself.
You will complete residential cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and vacation rental turnovers as part of a two-person team. Tidy Torch provides the clients, schedule, checklist, and service scope. You bring your experience, professionalism, supplies, equipment, and commitment to quality work.
What You Will Do
Work as part of a two-person cleaning team on every assigned job.
Complete standard home cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and vacation rental turnovers.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, surfaces, appliance exteriors, baseboards, and high-touch areas based on the service scope.
Follow the checklist and client notes provided for each visit.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to complete the clean within the scheduled window.
Take before-and-after photos at every job and submit them when the cleaning is complete.
Use our scheduling app to view assignments, manage availability, and stay updated.
Communicate professionally with your cleaning partner, the Tidy Torch team, and clients when needed.
Report access issues, damage, maintenance concerns, supply needs, or anything outside the agreed scope.
What You Need
Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is required.
A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Smartphone required; must be comfortable using apps, checking email, and responding to schedule updates.
Reliable internet access for scheduling and communication.
Own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and lifting 20+ lbs.
Strong attention to detail and pride in clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and finished spaces.
Professional, punctual, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
Ability to work independently while still being part of a two-person team.
