We are seeking an individual with exceptional forklift operation skills, proficiency in using a shrink wrap machine to wrap and organize appliances on pallet racking, and expertise in organizing tools and parts in designated bins.
Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of distinguishing between aluminum, steel, and stainless steel components in large kitchen appliances such as refrigerators and ranges.
It is crucial that the candidate can disassemble appliances, particularly separating the compressor from refrigerators, and be prepared to demonstrate their techniques.
The candidate will also be responsible for cutting cords and separating the aluminum and stainless steel parts of appliances. Occasionally, they may be required to reassemble parts as an assistant technician.
The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of tools and possess the ability to disassemble appliances and, in some refurbishment cases, reassemble them to their original condition.
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools is highly valued.
