Service calls (repairs, maintenance, )
Work orders assigned daily
✅ REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Minimum 2+ years handyman or maintenance experience
Must own basic tools
Reliable transportation REQUIRED
Professional communication
Able to complete jobs fully (no unfinished work)
