Intake Coordinator (Near downtown)

compensation: Competitive based on experience
employment type: full-time

Must have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in all aspects of auto accident and personal injury matters. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills as well as computer skills. Duties include, but not limited to: Screening of calls, e-mails and other forms of communication from potential clients, taking all relevant information regarding the incident, communicating information regarding potential case to attorneys for evaluation, scheduling potential clients for intake meetings, preparing initial documents for potential client’s signature, updating attorney and staff calendars with scheduled meetings, preparing and forwarding details of incident. Employee will also maintain logs and prepare reports of potential client information and referrals. Must be extremely “hands on” and work efficiently without supervision. Immediate response to potential client contact is required. Must be able to be “on call” to take phone calls from potential clients during times when the office is closed.
