Warehouse pullers play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. They move freight, stock, supplies and other materials from one area to another, loading items onto trucks, shelves or shipping pallets. They are responsible for packing orders, palletizing and preparing orders for shipment, as well as for a variety of general labor tasks.
• Picking orders from inventory for shipping/assembly
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Unloading, moving and storing materials
• Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment
• Storing and stacking materials according to company standards
• Identifying and verifying parts
• Reporting inventory shortages
• Removing damaged materials from stock
• Operating hand-held devices
• Cycle counting
• Cleaning the Warehouse
• Light Assembly duties
Candidates must be in good physical condition and be able to remain on their feet for an extended period of time, in excessive heat. An ability to use machines and software to track inventory along with good organizational and time management skills are critical. Warehouse pullers must be able to process and follow written and spoken instructions. A high school diploma is required, and at least two years in a warehouse or related environment is preferred
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30 pm
