Solar A.1 7 string Modified Upgraded. Alder Body, flamed maple cap, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, locking tuners. Originally had a Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo that wore out so I upgraded it with a Gotoh 1996 Tremolo and its corresponding studs. The tremolo cavity has been slightly modified with a elongated cavity to accommodate less springs under higher tension. The tremolo claw screws have also been upgraded to a thicker diameter. Pick ups have been upgraded from Solar Design to Dimarzio Dream Catcher and Rain maker. The selector switch was modified from a 5 way to a 3 way Dimarzio switch which allow the center position to split to what's known as the Petrucci split which is both inner coils active. Frets were leveled, crowned and dressed to a slick polish. Action is very low and intonation is dead on. The guitar sounds great and plays amazing. Minor dings here and there. I am not desperate to sell. I do not ship nor do I need help selling.
