This is an ultra rare 1989 USA Jackson Custom shop soloist. There were only 10-12 of these ever made, part of a run of double necks Jackson did for the NAMM show that year. Serial #J4865. Features 6 headstock tuners and another 6 tuners behind the bridge. Bound ebony fretboard with sharkfin inlays and all original hardware. Patina on the neck and headstock binding has aged wonderfully. Color is a dark green metallic. Original Jackson chainsaw case that is fully functional. There are no major condition issues, no gouges or scratches, everything works as it should, there is some slight blistering, nothing major, we tried to catch it in the pictures. I purchased the guitar in the late 1990s, and it has been in climate controlled storage ever since. It has been recently re-strung and set up by guitar tech Mitchel Weissman, who is well known in the South Florida area. I am retiring from collecting, and saved some of the best ones for last. This is definitely a rare bird, a once in a blue moon find.
