Role Overview
We’re seeking a **high-energy, passionate drummer** to join our worship team on Sundays at 12:30pm.
This is a volunteer role, perfect for someone who loves Jesus, loves music, and wants to make an eternal impact while helping establish a thriving worship culture.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our worship experience, driving rhythm, fueling momentum, and leading our congregation into powerful moments of praise.
What You’ll Do
- Play drums during Sunday worship services, rehearsals, and special events.
- Collaborate with worship leaders, vocalists, and musicians to create a unified, Spirit-filled sound.
- Bring creativity, energy, and excellence to every set—whether it’s a high-octane praise anthem or a tender worship ballad.
- Help set the tone for worship that inspires, uplifts, and engages the congregation.
- Contribute ideas and input to the team, shaping Victory City’s worship culture from the ground up.

- Strong drumming skills and ability to play in contemporary worship styles.
