Residences on First is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to represent our beautiful market-rate apartment community in Mesa. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance, communicates professionally, and has a passion for sales and customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a welcoming attitude
Sales-minded with the ability to confidently overcome objections and close leases
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
Organized and detail-oriented
Dependable with excellent time management
Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office
Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional first impression to every prospect and resident
Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the community and lifestyle
Follow up promptly with all leads through phone calls, email, and text messaging
Build rapport with prospective residents and confidently close leases
Meet and exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the property management system
Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives
Coordinate move-ins to ensure a seamless resident experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional leasing office
Participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and community promotions
Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the community
