Manufacturing company is seeking a FULL-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. Ideal candidate must be able to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday through Friday and have reliable transportation.
The office administrator will be responsible with providing assistance for the Program Management and Procurement departments. Prime candidate must be able to juggle several responsibilities at once and able to adapt to changes.
Job duties:
- Provide daily support to the sales team, program management, and procurement.
- Be ready to tackle any odd job or project that requires attention.
Qualifications
- General accounting skills helpful.
- Must be a master of multitasking.
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can identify tasks that needs to be completed without prior instructions.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Professional work ethic, punctual and organized.
- Employee must be self-motivated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Time management skills are mandatory to ensure that the requested tasks are completed by the specific deadlines.
- Knowledge of electronic components and ERP software is strongly desired.
Education: Business Adm/Mgt. degree preferred.
