Accounting/Office Assistant (Phoenix)

A consumer law consulting firm is looking for a honest, hard working, motivated, loyal Assistant that is able to handle a high stress, high volume work environment. This is an exciting position where there is ability to grow.

Assistant will be responsible to assist entire staff in all aspects of client retention which includes but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Open new client files
- process/take payments
- soft collections of missed payments
- filing
- data entry
- running errands
- meet with potential clients
- Report to owner throughout the day and provide end of day report
- basically whatever is needed for the office to run smoothly
- Work every other Saturday

Additionally, the RIGHT candidate will possess the following traits/qualities:
- Honest and Ethical
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English a plus
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Experience working in a professional office
- Professional wardrobe
- Proficient in Microsoft Office along with computer and copier/scanner
- Highly Organized
- High Energy with a positive personality
- Problem solver
