SteelCrest Corporation is a metal products manufacturing facility located in Phoenix and are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Answer incoming phone calls and route customers to the correct department.
• Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery drivers.
• Organize and send shipment tracking information to customers
• Maintain office supplies, forms, filing, and general front-office organization.
• Assist accounting department with various duties including invoicing and payment processing
• Assist marketing by preparing sales packets, samples, catalogs, and marketing materials for shipment.
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional.
• Perform general administrative support duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have reliable transportation
• Proven experience in an office setting as a receptionist, or related position
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven - prioritize work and manage time
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Applicants must be legally able to work in the USA
• Applicants will be subject to criminal background check in addition to a 90-day probation period after being hired
