We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position provides essential administrative and clerical support to management and staff while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist management and staff with administrative projects and daily tasks
Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting experience is a plus
