We currently support over 2,300 weekly labor hours inside apartment communities and are actively hiring experienced Leasing Consultants for properties throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe.
We specialize strictly in apartment placements — no retail, no office roles, no unrelated work.

Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants for temporary and temp-to-hire assignments across the Valley.
This role requires prior apartment leasing experience. Entry-level applicants will not be considered.
Leasing responsibilities include:
• Managing high-volume calls, walk-ins, and internet leads
• Touring prospects professionally and confidently
• Closing leases and working toward occupancy goals
• Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Processing applications and verifying documentation
• Supporting renewals and front-office operations
• Maintaining organization and accuracy under pressure
Leasing is both sales and operations. You are the face of the community.
Weekend availability is required (property dependent).

Required Software Experience
Candidates must be comfortable working daily inside property management systems.
Experience with one or more of the following platforms is required:
• Professional email and calendar communication
• CRM-style follow-up and pipeline tracking
• Uploading/scanning documents
• E-signature workflows
• Accurate data entry and multitasking across systems
If you do not have apartment leasing software experience, this role will not be a fit.

• $20–$22/hour (based on verified experience)

How Our Staffing Model Works
• You begin on temporary assignment
• You are paid weekly while on assignment
• If the property chooses to hire permanently, you convert directly to their payroll as a W-2 employee
• No long-term contracts
Final hiring decisions are made by the property.

• 1+ year on-site apartment leasing experience
• Proven ability to tour, sell, and follow up
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute within the Phoenix metro area
• Background screening required
• Availability to start promptly once approved
