I am looking to fill multiple positions at multiple Phoenix and Tucson locations.

We need people that can think on their toes, have a positive attitude and customer service is a MUST! Our residents are important; keeping them Happy is our job!
This is NOT a sit behind a desk all day job. You will spend time every day out on property dealing with residents, checking for any maintenance issues and ensuring that the property looks good and shows good!
Job Duties to include:
Working daily to collect rents due to maintain minimal delinquency.
Scheduling of work repairs and Apartment turns for Maintenance Staff
Completion of daily and weekly reports for management
Making sure that advertising is up to date and ads are placed multiple times a day
Ensuring a smooth Move In for Future Residents
Working with staff to ensure correct paperwork, leases, renewals, legal notices etc..
Communicating with management throughout the day
Working with agencies on behalf of our residents

This is full time employment -- must be able to work Saturdays.
Bi-lingual is a must!
3 years experience for Management and Maintenance Positions.
