NOW HIRING – Bilingual Office / Customer Support (Phoenix)
Arizona Sun Supply, Inc.
Established Phoenix-based wholesale distributor and manufacturer of window screens and shade products is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented bilingual (Spanish/English) team member with strong customer service and basic troubleshooting skills. We offer a stable, family-oriented, team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and assist customers (in person and by phone)
- Process sales and work orders accurately
- Support order fulfillment and general office tasks
- Assist with product questions and basic troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand simple fractions
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and logical problem-solving ability
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
Screen/shade experience is helpful, but not required. Must be a quick learner.
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
