Seeking an office manager/scheduler to work at a small Phoenix office. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of Quickbooks Enterprise, Microsoft Excel, Word, and as well as the ability to learn basic computer programs associated with our business. The job will consist of creating work schedules for employees, scheduling jobs with customers, establishing positive relationships with customers, documentation of customer contact & job notes, customer service, employee oversight and general office duties.
