Review records for accuracy and completeness before submission
Ensure all processing deadlines are met to maintain timely service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams, city agencies, and customers to clarify or resolve discrepancies
Follow documented procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data privacy
Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
