We're looking for an enthusiastic dispatcher with a minimum of 3 years of dispatching experience in the HVAC industry. This is a full time position that provides administrative support and is responsible for dispatching, scheduling and customer service. Hours will be between 7am-5pm and will be discussed in interview.
Applicant must have:
Be detail oriented
Efficient with basic computer programs, such as MS Office and the internet
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong computer and typing skills a must
Work is performed in a regular office environment (required to sit for long periods of time, infrequent light physical effort required).
High school diploma or GED is required.
~Take incoming calls on a multi line phone system
~ Schedule and coordinate all service calls
~ Dispatch service technicians
~ Ensure the first call of each day is dispatched before leaving work the prior day
~ Respond to messages left overnight
~ Review and check status of after hour and weekend calls with on call supervisor
~ Maintain the dispatch board
~ Contact the customer with status updates and when technician is enroute
~ Update customer files with the most current information each time a call is received
~ Send and respond to emails
