Adjoining 20' x 30' classroom doubles as an exhibition space, perfect for showcasing your work or hosting workshops.
Utilize the space for creating video content or managing a pop-up market.

Rental Details:
Monthly studio rentals at $650, inclusive of all utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour access.
Flexible lease terms starting at 3 months, with a deposit of $325 to get started.
