Today we have a new Pod 3 B-1 ball head.

The head is rated for about 8.5 pounds. It is has a single control lever and I would rate it as a small + ball head. It does have a built-in quick release plate system. Tripod mount is standard 3/8” with 1/4” adapter, camera mount is standard 1/4".
