Manufacturing:
We prioritize extreme strength and reliability by utilizing 3/16” steel plates with ¼” solid center steel tube construction. Front spacers are MIG welded with six 4” welds, while rear spacers undergo MIG welding four times with 5” welds. Our multi-link spacers are crafted from 1/4" steel, formed and TIG welded into a sturdy 5-sided box. Unlike other companies, our mounting design utilizes a two-piece bolt setup for added durability. The upper portion of the spacer is mounted to the chassis, while the lower portion connects to the subframe.
Factory Alignment:
Maintaining factory alignment specifications is crucial. That's why our steel spacers include camber and improved caster offsets to ensure proper alignment. We recommend getting an alignment after installation to account for any human error in the camber bolt installation process.
Multi-Link Spacers:
We highly recommend installing multi-link spacers to keep your tires centered in their factory position, preventing rubbing when installing larger tires.
Relocation:
Our kit includes brake line brackets to relieve tension in the brake lines post-installation, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Rear Height Additions:
We offer various heights of rear spacers to compensate for added load in the vehicle or to level vehicles out if they aren’t currently sitting evenly. With one solid spacer, there's no need to stack different spacers. Adding 3/8” compensates for mild loads/weight (75 lbs.), + ½” more for excessive loads/weight (90 lbs.).
