Part time Property Manager needed for property management company in Mid town. Licensed Realtor preferred but experience in Property management ok.

Great hourly pay + potential leasing bonuses. 20 hours per week to start at $22 per hour. Small fun office and you would have your own desk and space.

Some of the daily tasks are below. Please email me your resume. I am looking to have someone start this month in April

-Maintenance requests and dispatch to vendors following up on repairs
-Move in and move out inspections
-Answer tenant questions
-Rent collection
-Visit Properties once a week
-Marketing vacant properties
-Showing properties and getting bonuses (Licensed managers)
