I am an experienced pool technician managing 60+ pools per week. My current company does NOT offer benefits of any kind, no PTO no medical insurance no 401k nor do they provide a company truck.
I am seeking a company that offers all of the above because I work hard and I deserve they benefits not only for now but for the future.
