Hello! I'm Todd. I am a 39 year veteran of the machining trade from job shops to aerospace and I'm seeking full-time/part-time contract work preferably cash or at most(1099) as a modeler/programmer/machinist or Machine Shop Supervisor. I'm also looking for entrepreneurs who are looking to start a manufacturing/machining business but are not sure how to choose the best course of action that pertains to your particular product. I have worked with materials as soft as plastics to as hard as Inconnel. I have had much experience creating Cad solid models/CNC programming (GibbsCam/MasterCam/SolidWorks), producing just-in-time components for obsolete parts(semi-conductor). Experienced also in operation planning(MOT's), tool ordering, tool layouts, custom tool building, fixture design/building and set-ups on most common CNC Machining centers 3,4 or 5 axis and lathes as well as lasers and various manual equipment. Have worked in many industries including but not limited to: Aerospace, semiconductor, defense, mining, electro-mechanical and job shops.. Have own software and program at home as well as I'm currently working contract in an R and D prototype/short-run Commercial/Industrial/defense/aerospace environment. Here, I am machining and probe inspecting average to larger (2000lb.+) size parts on newer HAAS CNC VMC up to 65" x 30"with 4 and 5 axis capabilities, HMC milling machines with 4 and 5 axis capabilities as well as CNC ST10 - ST25 lathes with 12" chuck and 3" thru.
