Everything on here seems to be a scam or way over priced . I work a wild horse pass and I’m looking to rent in the Tempe area or central south phoenix area . It just me , I would like to rent a small house / casita or condo . Not interested in apartments or renting a room in someone’s home . I make about 5k a month , I’m drug and alcohol free.
