Hi there friend! My name is Wynter and I hope we can get to know each other well and very soon!
I’m an Arizona native currently living in central phx, close to the downtown area!
To make a long story short, I’ve been unemployed due to being the sole caregiver of my childhood best friend since 2023.
Needless to say, we fell out and her boyfriend will be caring for her from now on as I’m looking for new housing.
At the moment I have a free leave lease on a studio until August of next year but I’d like to ideally leave before that. I simply cannot afford a 900 dollar studio or 1300 one bedroom of all things or to pay these massive move in costs because I don’t have a car so having second income is a tad difficult for me right now. I had to sell mine earlier last year as part of paying for my friend’s increased medication.
It’s what I want and a goal down the road but it’d be easier to have security in the meantime. I’m serious about saving up for one (a simple vehicle just to get around) which is why I don’t want to be blowing my paycheck just to live.
Yes I know we’re all struggling right now but I’m trying my luck instead of looking for an ideal apartment to fall into my hands.
If anyone maybe has a property they’re willing to negotiate letting me stay at? Especially if you’re in solid proximity with a lot of businesses for me to choose from for work since I’m sure I’ll need to relocate.
I could maintain it (clean, uphold, renovate LIGHTLY (I’m no contractor) whatever you’re thinking) in exchange for lowered rent or fully covered housing? I’d be willing to do so for however long the arrangement works for you!
No I’m not interested in any sexual or illegal favors. And I’m sorry but I’m not taking any child care deals. In terms of handling a living thing, I’ll watch pets at most. Desperation won’t cloud my morality.
I’m simply willing to hear proposals or make professional arrangements in exchange for security and my own space. I have my hopes for my living space too but you can ignore this post if none of it appeals to you.
Yes preferably I’d like somewhere I wouldn’t have to share. I’d live and decorate as I please but obviously I’d still operate as a tenant. (Noise rules, maintenance expectations, can’t have people just move in whenever willy nilly, etc.)
I have a boyfriend and friends so having them over sometimes would be a nice privilege as well as long as I’m following your other rules.
I am a weed smoker as a natural “sleeping pill” as well as general medical use as I have scoliosis and mild daily migraines so I’d like to do so freely as well.
You’ll be happy to know I’m quite bubbly but I’m not loud by any means just overall pleasant. I’ve never been evicted or fired and keep solid standings with people. I’m respectful and I’m punctual and by no means am I a bum.
I’m just trying to get back on my feet. I moved to Phoenix for a fresh start.
I’ve decided to hope for the best and if an arrangement like this that allows me to save my money and move forward in my own space is in the works then why not try to find it? You never know until you ask.🤷🏽♀️
