I have a room for rent in my 2200 Sq Ft. home in Casa Grande, which is 45 minutes to the sky harbor airport. I am a 56 year old male. It is fully furnished with bed, lamp tables and lamps, TV and private bathroom. WIFI is included. Washer and dryer included also. Rent is $700 a month and it is month to month with a $100 deposit and proof of income. It includes use of kitchen and refrigerator. Off street parking and garage parking is available for a fee. A background check is required. My last tenant was a female who worked at Eloy prison. It was a perfect situation, and then she got transferred to Oklahoma.
