Room for rent in quiet Gilbert neighborhood $700 per month, $700 deposit. No hard drugs, no drama, no immediate/constant overnight guests or couch surfing friends. I would like to get to know people gradually to make for better odds at longevity. It's better to not throw your entire life at a roommate right off the bat; it's overwhelming to just about anybody.
You will be responsible for contributing to keep a shared bathroom and all other shared areas clean. Smoking is permitted outside and preferably downwind.
The neighbors are nice folks and the neighborhood is quiet and has friendly people and families.
