I am a 28F and prefer a female roommate around my age also.
The room is spacious and has a walk in closet. It is painted all black but I could paint it for you if you don’t like it.
I work 8:30-5:30 I’m out a lot on the weekend.
I have 3 small dogs, they have a doggie door. The backyard is huge & you would have your own bathroom!
Half of the rent is $550 plus shared utilities.
There is an extra bedroom you are welcome to help yourself to for storage. There is a garage and a full size washer and dryer.
The other smaller room I would be willing to rent for $550 . Plus share of utilities.
