Looking for a responsible individual to share my 2bd/1bath with.
Cons:
-shared bathroom
-parking is limited
-space limited to the room(w/small walk in closet)
-used to be a really bad neighborhood (GCU put up a police station across the street so not nearly as bad)
-unfurnished (temp futon can be provided)
-Im a bookish nerd that won't stand for drama or slovenly conditions(you must clean up after yourself)
-individual only, no pets or other people for any reason (occasional guests ok)
Pros:
-washer/dryer in unit
-easy freeway access
-tile/ceiling fans throughout
-utilities/internet included
-420 friendly (hard drugs not tolerated)
-you can't rent a decent place for $450 anywhere
Temporary to start(2-3 months),paid month-to-month at the beginning of the month. Must have verifiable income. Big plus if you're handy or want to learn, the complex will be going through various upgrades and maintenance projects that I'll be overseeing. Be a decent person with a solid moral and ethical standing, if you don't know what that entails don't bother. If you're a racist or bigot promptly go F yourself.
