Available Room:
Includes private bathroom + a separate room + a bedroom + your own fireplace + mini fridge + private exit/entry.
Rent: $400 a month + ~$100 utilities + ~$50 more for monthly cleaning service for the house
Renter's Insurance: REQUIRED
Pets: Not ALLOWED (unless you work out something with the landlord!)
Roommates:
We like to go out on the weekends, or have people over for game nights but are pretty chill throughout the week. Oddly enough, although we all joined the home through the years without knowing each other (we all went through the same process as this listing). We make a big effort to keep common areas clean and respectful, and love all the space that this house affords us.
The ages in the house range from 24-28, and a wide variety of occupations! That also goes for our hobbies/interests as well! We'd love to get to share more about each of us and have a chance to ask you the same!
