Looking for a housemate:
I rent out 2 rooms in a large 4 bed 3 bath home near 17th Ave and Northern Ave
There will be 3 people total- the first two (which includes me) have our own bathrooms.
Renting 1 o bedroom (shared bath - $800) but almost like your own.
Renting 1 bedroom with private bath $900
Plus a one ,me- one hundred cleaning fee.
Includes all utilites and internet.
There are 2 baths on one side of the house and an in-law suite on the other side (that I occupy).
There are be 3 TV areas - den, original Living room and the (2nd) kitchen in the in-law suite.
There are 4 refrigerators- one for each of us and a spare.
Plenty of parking in the front driveway-no juggling of cars. There is a garage with alley access if you have
a bike or something to store.
I have a dog and a cat - both hypoallergenic but both shed.
NO other animals to occupy the house.
NO smokers and not 420 friendly (I have licenses I cannot jeopardize).
Prefer you have a job outside of the house with traditional hours- 1st shi5.
Me: female- semi re,red, friendly but keep to myself.
2nd Roommate mid 30s female.
I have been renting rooms for about decades and used to living with others,
Respecting your space etc.
