Seeking 55+ (required by the complex) and LGBT friendly. I am a single, mature, gay man with a local job and have a comfortable home to share with another person. I like to cook and entertain close friends now and then, but also like a safe and quiet home with no loud music or parties. Absolutely no smoking allowed.
Minimum 6-month commitment needed, month-to-month thereafter. First month rent, and a $200 cleaning and damage deposit. Any fees to management will be your responsibility, including a credit and background check if required.
The complex has a beer and cocktail bar in the lobby area and a bistro for food and drinks, with daily lunch and dinner menus. Facilities include a pool and hot tub in the courtyard with large ADA restrooms for residents and guests, a theater room with classic movies on Friday nights, craft rooms, a fitness center that includes various classes, a pool table, a library room with computer access, and even a little store for quick items you might like without having to go off site if you don't want to. There are occasional music performances, some with pianos donated by a former resident, and other events on the schedule monthly. Seriously, this is the best deal in town.
Parking is in unassigned spots or $100/mo. for assigned/covered spots. Located in a gated community with a concierge and on-site maintenance, in the Christown area of North Central Phoenix. Close to I-17, restaurants and fast food, theaters and malls, light rail a block away, and walking distance to a park, public pool and tennis courts, bowling alley, and tons more.
